List of your bot scenarios

Interface
Access your bot scenarios list from the left side navigation and click on the “Chat Bots” section.
This page lists all your bot scenarios across all channels you have connected to Alcmeon, such as WhatsApp, Facebook, AlcmeonChat, and others.

In the left part, you can filter the list to only show scenarios from one of your WhatsApp accounts, a Facebook page, etc.
In the list itself, you can find all the information about your bot scenarios, including its Active/Inactive status, and you can order or filter the list by clicking on the header or the icon to the right of the column headings presented in the table.

Available actions
Edit a scenario
Simply click on its title to open the Bot Editor .
New scenario
You start a new scenario, either from a “blank page” or by selecting a suggested scenario template.

Duplicate the scenario
The icon to the right of each row in the table allows you to create a copy of the existing scenario to create a new version that you can then modify.
Note: It is not possible to duplicate a scenario from one channel to another, for example, from a WhatsApp account to a Messenger account. However, it is possible to duplicate a scenario from one account to another on the same channel, for example, between two WhatsApp accounts.
Delete the scenario
This button permanently deletes the scenario, with no possibility of going back.

Active/Inactive Status
For the same WhatsApp, AlcmeonChat or other account, you can only have one published scenario .
This seems logical since a customer can only have one conversational experience on the same WhatsApp account, for example.
However, you can create as many unpublished scenarios as you like. For example, you can create variants of your scenario in advance to anticipate certain events.
