What is the response time?
Each channel has its own rules regarding the timeframe that must be respected within which an advisor (or bot) can respond to a customer message. This is known as the “response window.” Below is a summary of the response windows imposed by different channels.
✅ Alcmeon helps you to stay compliant. From the Conversation Page, advisors are automatically notified whether a response is possible or not, and under what conditions. For example, on WhatsApp, if the customer's last message is over 24 hours old, Alcmeon will prompt you to use a template instead of a free-form reply.

(1) No reply window applies to this channel, as no bot can be used to reply to these public messages.
(2) Reminder: These restrictions are set by the platforms themselves, not by Alcmeon. When it says above “extra cost” or “free”, this refers to the platform's own billing policy. Any associated costs are billed directly by the platform, not through Alcmeon.
