In how long can I respond?
For each channel, there are rules regarding the timeframe that must be respected between the date a customer sends a message and the response from an advisor (or bot). This timeframe is called the “response window.” Below is a summary of all the response windows imposed by the different channels.
✅ Alcmeon will always alert you, especially from the Conversation Page for advisors, whether a response is possible or not, and under what conditions. For example, on the WhatsApp channel, if a customer's last message is more than 24 hours old, Alcmeon offers you the option to choose a template rather than freely writing a response.
