April 26
- X (formerly Twitter) – following a change to the X v2 API restricting programmatic replies, the ‘Reply by default with…’ setting has been removed: the account replying to a mention must now be the account that was mentioned.
- Analytics - Actions: new ‘Close conversation’ column in the actions audit, allowing you to measure usage of the feature whether it is used by agents or via scenarios.
- AI Analytics - Metrics added to the “Bot Events” and “AI Events” sections to track usage of your AI agents’ “Custom Exits” and “Skills”
- WhatsApp - Improvements to the account login process (Cloud API and Vonage)
- Spell checker - Japanese, Dutch, Chinese, Thai and British English have been added.

- Added buttons allowing agents (in Alcmeon and Salesforce) to copy the content of a message or the AI summary of the conversation
- Spell checker – accessible via a right-click (rather than a left-click) and enabled in the Salesforce widget
- Help button for Alcmeon Administrators – chat with our AI and our Client Success team!
