Possible moderation actions
For some channels, especially “public” channels (like Facebook comments, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), platforms allow brands to moderate messages that customers post . These moderation actions are available to Alcmeon users with the necessary permissions, which you can configure in the “Settings / Users” section.
✅ Alcmeon allows you to perform all the moderation operations available on each of these channels via the Conversation Page , or by configuring Triage Rules for an automatic and immediate effect, or even in bulk (several messages at a time) from the Search page.
