Possible moderation actions
For certain channels, particularly “public” channels (such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram comments), the platforms allow brands to moderate the messages that customers post . These moderation actions are available to Alcmeon users with the necessary permissions, which you can configure in the “Settings / Users” section.
✅ Alcmeon allows you to perform all available moderation operations on each of these channels via the Conversation Page , or by configuring Sorting Rules for an automatic and immediate effect, or even in bulk (several messages at once) from the Search page.
