Filters and sorting
Table of Contents
This panel on the left side of the Inbox allows you to filter and sort the messages that appear.

Channels
This section displays the list of channels you have connected to Alcmeon: your Facebook pages, your AlcmeonChat modules installed on your website or mobile app, your WhatsApp accounts and more.
The default option, “All Channels” allows you to view all the messages your customers have sent to you on any channel!
The number next to each channel, shows how many messages are currently in that channel, within the selected inbox tab. These numbers are updated in real time by Alcmeon.
📄 Note: The channels you see depend on your Alcmeon account permissions. If you don't see certain channels, please contact the person in your organization who has administrator permissions for your Alcmeon environment.

Sort by
Priority messages
This is the default and most effective sorting option. It organizes messages based on the settings you have configured under Settings > Priority Message Order. For example you can prioritize messages from VIP customers, conversations already answered by an advisor, or those containing specific keywords, on a particular channel, etc.
If no specific configuration is set, messages are sorted by “oldest conversations first”.
Most recent first
Messages are sorted by the date of the customer’s last message, with the most recent listed first.
Oldest first
