Filters and sorting
Table of Contents
This area to the left of the Inbox allows you to restrict or reorder the list of messages that appear.

Channels
Here you will find the list of channels you have connected to Alcmeon: your Facebook pages, your AlcmeonChat modules installed on your website or mobile app, your WhatsApp accounts, etc.
The first option, which is the default “ All Channels ,” allows you to view all the messages your customers have sent to you on any channel!
To the left of each channel, the number displayed is the number of messages present for that channel, in that tab of your inbox. These numbers are updated in real time by Alcmeon.
📄 NB: The channels you see depend on your Alcmeon account permissions. If you don't see certain channels, please contact the person in your organization who has administrator permissions for your Alcmeon environment.

This menu allows you to only display messages that are replies to one of your tweets . This filter is therefore only displayed on the @mentions channel of X (ex-Twitter).
sort by
Priority messages
This is the default and most effective sorting option, which takes into account the settings you have made in the Settings / Priority Message Order section and allows you to classify all customer messages according to the criteria you want, for example by prioritizing messages from your VIP customers, then conversations already answered by an advisor previously, then those containing a certain keyword, on a particular channel, etc.
In the absence of any specific configuration, this sorting is equivalent to “oldest conversations first”.
Most recent first
Sorting is by date of customer's last message, listing the most recent first.
Oldest first
Sorting is by date of customer's last message, listing the oldest first.
Most recent conversations first
The ordering is by the date of the customer's first message in this conversation. The conversations that started most recently appear first.
Oldest conversations first
The order is based on the date of the customer's first message in this conversation. The conversations that started the oldest appear first.
