Each channel allows or disallows sending and receiving certain attachments such as images, videos, files, etc.

(1) Neither sending nor receiving this type of attachment or media is possible on this channel, this is a restriction of the platform and not of Alcmeon.
(2) It is possible to receive audio files on this channel, but not to send them to clients. An audio file is different from a voice call: just like a video, it is a file that you can download, or launch from Alcmeon to listen to it.
